These terms cover using this website — formedigital.shop. They do not set out the price, scope, revisions or hosting terms for any individual project; those are agreed separately, in writing, before any work begins.
Using this site
Everything here is provided for information about Forme's services. We keep it accurate to the best of our knowledge but do not guarantee it is complete, current, or free of errors, and we do not guarantee the site is available without interruption.
Ownership
The design, code and writing on this site belong to Forme, except where stated otherwise. Photographs used as stock imagery are licensed and credited where they appear. The Grime Guys Brisbane case study describes their project and is shown with their permission — it remains their own work, not ours to claim.
Third-party services
The contact form is processed by Formspree, Inc.; visit analytics are processed by Cloudflare. See our privacy policy for what that involves. Using either service does not mean we endorse them, and each is governed by its own terms.
Getting a site built
Nothing on this website is itself a quote or a contract. If you engage Forme to build, host or maintain a site, the price, what's included, revisions, and what happens if you stop paying are set out in a separate written agreement with you before any work starts — and are not varied by anything stated on this page.
Liability
This site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, Forme is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from using it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
